Just a note to say how sorry we were to hear of Mrs. Westendorff's passing. We always enjoyed chatting with her when we delivered her noon time meal. We often shared thoughts about the Carolina Gamecocks and several times we joked with one another about the Gamecocks and the Kentucky Wildcats our team.

It was our pleasure to know and care for Ms. Westendorff for the short time she was here at Shadow Oaks. She was a delightful lady who was very proud of her heritage and family. She was a strong individual, meticulous and organized. She was quite witty and had a charming laugh. She will be greatly missed by the staff and residents here. The family is in our thoughts and prayers. May God's love comfort and sustain you during this time.
