I'm so very sorry to learn of Bonnie's passing. She had such a sweet and gentle presence. I met Bonnie when I was a very little girl, and she became my first friend outside of my family. Then her entire family felt like part of mine since I would climb over the fence and visit almost every day ( I remember those mayonnaise sandwiches!). Daddy even lifted Bonnie and her chair over the fence at times so she could visit with us too. Later, as life got busier, we lost touch for a while, but then our mutual friend Susan helped us reconnect. I'm so very grateful for the times when the three of us had lunch together and talked. My heart goes out to you all.

She is walking the streets of gold today! I know your heart hurts! She was an amazing and beautiful lady inside and out. I will always remember the wedding and feel it was one of the sweetest that I have ever seen. I miss your family now that I am InTN and do not get back to Aiken often.
