This happened to me, also! She was my Big Sister in our sorority, Alpha Delta Pi while at West Virginia Wesleyan College! I loved her. She was special!
Barbara was always my friend! When I was a kid, I remember her taking me water skiing up at Lake Toxaway, in the winter...we had to wear wet suits it was so cold!
We spent time together at Steeple Chase in Aiken several years back, and she came by and saw me at home, when I lived in Aiken...that was the last time I saw her!
I will miss her always and forever!

Barbara was a huge influence in my life as a young child/teen. I have always thought about her so often over the past 35 years. So sad that when I actually try to locate her - I find this.
Jack, I am so sorry to hear of Barbara's passing. I have many fond memories of you both when you and I went to USCA together and played volleyball with the both of you. She was a good person. You and the family are in my thoughts and prayers.
