My thoughts today go back many years--from when we were kids at church to when we were teenagers and we spent almost every Sunday afternoon walking back and forth to each others houses. Your Mom would always have a great meal and she made me laugh a lot. Your Mom was my Mom too back in the day. It will take a while for you to stop expecting her to be there, but it will get easier. My love to the whole family.

I would like to extend the condolences of my family and I during this most difficult time. I personally know what it is like to loose a loved one in death. No matter how many times you see or experience dealing with the death of a loved it never gets easier. I have found much comfort from the Bible that helped me deal with the death of my loved one. I love Rev. 21:3, 4 because it really highlights how death was the exact opposite of God's purpose for us as humans. It also shows how he will very soon undo death and all the pain it has caused. I hope these thoughts and scriptures prove to be a source of comfort to the family.
To all of Milded's family,I send a special prayer - she was a long time friend of mine-both in FMBC and throughout the schooling of our children. My last visit with her was with a sweet smile and hug.
