My sincere sympathy to you Terry, and to all of Maureens family. She touched us all with her loving caring ways. I think she was happiest on old Duke riding next to you ,Terry. We will all miss her smile and hug. God has her in his kingdom now free from pain. And when the mares tail clouds roll by ;I am sure Mo will be on the fastest steed soaring free in the heavens.

It's obvious that Maureen touched so many people in her life - we knew that while she was still alive and had her friends on her mind and in her home all the time. She continues to touch all of our lives, especially Terry and all her family. Her physical presence will be missed, but her spirit lives with each of us forever. Still, we mourn her passing and the sufferning she endured these past few years. Thanks to everyone who helped her through it.
Love to Terry, her mom, children, grandchildren and the rest of the family, friends and community that will miss her so very much.

Dear Huet Family,
I was only given the opportunity to visit with your beloved matriarch on one occasion, just days before her passing.Despite having put up with so much pain and suffering, she was extremely happy and upbeat. If you didn't know she was ill,you would have never known that she was in a fight for her life.I saw a smiling woman who was apparently at peace with her situation and was prepared for what was around the corner.Though I didn't know her,she must have been a heck of a fighter and full of determination and vigor.I hope you all will be able to remember her as I will.Smiling and spirited. She was, apparently,at peace. Please accept my deepest sympathies .Though you all have lost her, another realm has received an angel.May she watch over her family and bring them peace and solace.

Maureen was such a dear friend from many years back and like a true friend, she remained so. We will miss her. She was always such a hoot...even to the end.
There is a song called "I Can Only Imagine" by MercyMe, and whenever I hear that song, I will think of Maureen with a smile and realize that she no longer has to imagine. Those who beleive on the Lord never say goodbye for the last time.

Terry...I am thinking of you and sending all the strength I can. Maureen was such a fighter, such an example of "grace under pressure" as she battled that miserable disease.
Being a "horse person", I so appreciated the love she had for her animals and her continuing zest for life with them.
By all of us at CanHope, she will be sorely missed.
