Funeral services for Mr. James ?Edgar? Willing will be held Monday, April 12, 2004 at 1:30 PM at Shiloh Baptist Church, Aiken, SC, with Pastor Taylor Wells and Pastor Louie Anderson officiating. Interment will follow in Aiken Memorial Gardens, Aiken, SC. Pallbearers will be Philip Jhant, Chuck Jordan, Brent Bennett, Van, Lee, Fred, Mark, Jimmy, and David Lee Willing. Serving, as honorary pallbearers will be members of the Senior Adult Men?s Sunday School Class at Shiloh Baptist Church and Carl McGee, Jr., Marvin, David C., Dennis, Austin, and Larry Willing and Wayne, Larry, and Allen Smith. The family will receive friends Sunday, April 11, 2004 from 6 until 8 PM at George Funeral Homes, Historic Downtown Chapel, 211 Park Ave., SW, Aiken, SC Mr. Willing, 77, of Aiken, SC, son of the late Geddings and Ione Smith Willing, died Friday, night, April 9, 2004 at Mattie C. Hall Health Care Center, Aiken, SC. Born in and a lifelong resident of Aiken, SC, he was a Farmer and was a member of the Aiken Cattlemen?s Association. He was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church Aiken, SC, where he was a member of the Senior Adult Men?s Sunday School Class. A brother, Clyde Willing, sisters, Mary Jordan, Alice Jhant, and Linda Bennett, all of Aiken, SC and many nieces and nephews, survive.
