Dear Mrs. Crandall, We were all very sadden when hearing of the passing of Dr. Crandall. He was a wonderful, warm and special person and we know he will be greatly missed. we met Jack when he married Margaret. Through their travels around the globe we gained a different perspective of how people lived. Jack's stories of living in NYC as a young man could equal some of the "Eloise at the Plaza" tales We miss him and our heartfelt sympathy go put to Margaret.
Dearest Margaret, I am so sorry to hear of Jack's loss. I know how special he was in your life and trust the Angels will be watching over him. I wrote you awhile ago but now realize you relocated out of Grantieville. I hope when you are settled I'll hear from you. God Bless you always and may Jack Rest In Peace Now.
We were saddened to learn of the sudden death of Jack. Our friendship dates back to the early 1950s. I worked for him for about a year in the Experimental Physics Division.
