I don't know if you guys remember me, but I spent a lot of time over at your house when Lindsay and I were in Jr. High and High School. I had no idea that she had passed. I have thought about her a lot over the years, and wish we had kept in touch. We were planning out HS reunion, and I had to investigate when someone said they heard that she had passed. I want you to know you have my condolences and if someone wants to contact me, I would like that. I missed her greatly over the last 10 years, and had I looked hard enough I am sure I could have found her in time. I am sorry for your loss. I read that Amy lives in Garner, I might try to get in touch with her as well. Thanks.

My deepest sympathy goes out to all her family and friends.
Lindsay and I had corresponded thru emails and on the b.t. message board.
She was the same age as my son, Jason, who has been battling the same type of brain tumor. So we had something in common.
She was always so caring, and loving, and emailed me several times asking about my son.
And from one mother to another, I want you to know, my heart breaks with this news... there can be nothing comparable to loosing your child. May God give you comfort in the days ahead.
She will and has been sadly missed, as she "touched" many lives on our board and through her emails, she was a very special, courageous young woman.
God Bless you all.
Love, Sharon Knapp

To Lindsay's Family and Friends:
I was so very sorry to learn that Lindsay and passed away. I knew her through the on-line support group. I always loved reading her posts. She sounded so sweet, and was very supportive of everyone. I was just thinking about her today, and was going to post to see if anyone had heard anything about her. My Husband, George, passed away 8/13 from this horrible disease. He was 62, and had lived a good life although not long enough for me, but Lindsay was so young, and that breaks my heart. I have a Daughter who just turned 31, and I can't imagine how hard it would be without her. I knew Lindsay in High School and I am so sorry for your loss. I have not seen her since high school but Heather has told us a lot about Lindsay's life and Philippians 1:12-14 seems to fit her. It says "Lord, after this suffering, let it be said that what has happened to me has really served to advance the gospel. As a result, make my Savior clear to all those around me. Because of my suffering and perseverance, cause others to be encouraged to speak the Word of God more courageously and fearlessly." God Bless your family.

Pam and Mike,
I was so sorry to hear of Lindsay's passing. She and Jessica were such good friends. I loved her smile and sense of humor. The four of us had such great fun on our trip to Paris and England. Know that all of you are in our thoughts and prayers. May God surround you with His love and strength over the next few days and weeks.
