His wife of fifty-one years, Jean Roberts Pelaez, daughters, Judy Thompson, Warrenville, SC and Joyceanna Pelaez, Aiken, SC; brother, Manuel Pelaez, Puerto Rico; grandchildren, Brian Burke and Jennifer Mestres; and great grandchildren, Brennon and Orren Burke, survive.
The family has requested that memorials in memory of Mr. Pelaez be made to St. Gerard?s Catholic Church, 640 Edrie St., Aiken, SC 29801 or A.C.T.S., 340 Park Ave., SW, Aiken, SC 29801.
