My mom and Delia\'s mom were sisters, and I remember them coming to visit us in Bamberg, SC, when we were young. Delia always had a smile on her face and was quite vivacious. I can\'t begin to imagine the loss her family and close friends must feel. She was indeed a special person.

Dee we will always remember your loving smile, laughter, kindess that you shared with all of us in your life. I know we cant see you anymore but you will always be a part of our lives, the sadness we have today, tomorrow and forever is the sadness you are not at our side, if we feel anger its because your missed so much and we need to feel your touch and your hugs. When we laugh, we laugh because you made our life happy and joyful. We miss you so much we love you so much and we will always have a place in our hearts for you. To let you know we are here for Natlie and John at anytime. We love you all so much.

I will always remember Dee as one of the first to welcome me to Aiken. She always had a smile on her face and words of praise or compliments. Dee never turned down helping her fellow coworkers.
From now on when I decorate every Christmas I will remember her love for the Holiday season and her family and friends. I know she is up above with her "Angels".
I will continue to keep all of you in my prayers. Love, Rose Lawas-Smith and Darrell Smith

I will always remember that infectious laugh and bright smile that seem to light up any room. She was an optimistic and energetic person who always had comforting words if your day was not going well. We worked together for 30 years and shared many transitions in our careers. Opening and closing the office seems so loney now, without her by my side. I will miss my dear friend, my respected peer, my kindred spirit.

John and Natalie, Del, Evelyn, and Mona,
Tim and I share your grief, but know that Delia is in a better place where there is no pain or disease. All of you will be in our prayers as we mourn the death of a wonderful mother, companion, daughter, sister, and a true friend for more years than Natalie is old.

From the bottom of my heart - my sincere thoughts and prayers are with your entire family. Delia and her family are the most special people and I have so many memories - there would be no way to pick out just one to share. I think the memories of First Christian Church and our days as the Organist/Pianist would be the fondest. My thoughts are with you and may you find peace with all the memories you have and the comfort that this beautiful person is with God.

Dee was an inspiration to me and many others. Although I will miss her; the fond memories, of which there are many, continue to brighten my life and make me so thankful that I was blessed to know her. I have no doubt that she will continue to be a guiding force in my life and that I will meet her again.

My fondest memory of Dee, was the baby shower she threw for me. She picked out a bib that said "caution I throw food" and made my husband wear it during the shower. She got so tickled when she put it on him. She was one of the most giving and caring people I have ever met. She put her all in everything she did at work and for her friends and family. She spoke so fondly about her parents, sister, daugher and John. I feel truly blessed to have had Dee in my life for the past 3 years. She will truly be missed!!!

Delia, The many years that we have known you have brought great joy and love to our lives. You will be deeply missed, as you were deeply loved. The memories of your music to our church, your great humor, your compassion and most of all your friendship will last us until we can join you in Glory.
If it is true that the Angels rejoice at the death of a saint, then there must be great joy and singing in Heaven today.
With undying Love, Ed and Family.
