Nina Lake Webster
February 21st, 1934- May 9th, 2024
NEW ELLENTON, SC - Nina Lake Webster, age 90, entered into rest surrounded by the love of her family on Thursday, May 9th, 2024.
Nina was born February 21st, 1934 in Lodge SC and raised in Adams Run, but became a lifelong resident of New Ellenton, SC with her late husband Charlie H Webster Jr. Nina was a member of Hollow Creek Baptist Church located in New Ellenton, SC. Nina “Mamaw” was the definition of a selfless person. Nina “Mamaw” enjoyed fishing, shopping, cross stitching, raking leaves, and reading her bible every night. If Nina “Mamaw” knew you then you were on her prayer list.
Nina was preceeded in death by her husband, Charlie H Webster Jr; a daughter, Charlene Webster; a grandson, Jamie “Stump” Webster; and ten siblings, Inez Chaplin, Johnnie Mae Kadden, Noreen Richter, Orie Ruth Williamson, Merle Fender, Margaret Chaplin, Ralph Dandridge, Eugene Dandridge, Junior Dandridge, and Arthur Dandridge.
She is survived by her son, Charles “Jimmy” Webster(Beverly); daughter, Patricia “Patsy” Pope(Wayne); grandchildren, Charlie Webster, Willie “Baby Boy” Webster, Audrey “Monica” Seiglar, Michael ”Mikey” Pope, and Jerry Pope; great grandchildren, Kaitlin Couch(Ryan), Madeline “Maddie” Blackwell(Chey), Aubrey Pope, Joshua “Josh” Seiglar(Cassidy), Mackenzie Seiglar, Lucus Seiglar, and Jerry “Lil Man” Pope Jr; and great great grandchildren, Gracelyn Gregory, Powell Murray, Waylon Redmond, Hadley James Blackwell, and Weston “Hooks” Blackwell.
The family will receive friends Monday, May 13th, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at George Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 14th, 2024, at Adams Run Baptist Church, Hollywood, SC with interment to follow in the church cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Charlie Webster, Mikey Pope, Jerry Pope, Chey Blackwell, Ryan Couch, and TL Garvin.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Enhabit Hospice Care, located in Aiken SC.
