We are very sorry to hear of Charlene’s passing.
We will always remember the great times we had together over the last several years. Namely, the experiences that we had as couples in Rome, my being best man at your beautiful wedding, the visit to the Worlds Fair in New York City, the shopping experiences for the perfect retirement location for your later years together, and many more.

Charlene was truly a wonderful and generous friend. She always looked beautiful and she was always ready for fun. I remember when Tom’s father died. After she hugged and comforted me she said: I’ll send Jack to the ATM in case you are short so you can make the trip to the funeral. That is how they rolled. Generous to a fault. Both Jack and Char. Giving. Sharing. Fun! I know our Bonnie will greet her in heaven. She will continue to shine!
Charlene was my thoughtful generous neighbor and I will miss my visits with her. Family was her focus and her concern for each and every one.
I will always remember her deviled eggs. The best ever!!

I'm so sorry for your loss. I have so many memories of your mom sitting at our kitchen table and she and my mom just laughing and laughing while they talked. She was always a lot of fun to have around.
