Obituary of Eleanor Delania Null

Mrs. Eleanor Delaina Null, 82, passed away peacefully at her residence on Friday, November 17, 2023, following a sudden illness.

Mrs. Null was born on June 19, 1941, in Charleston, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Andrew & Inez Phillips Mays. Mrs. Null was a beloved mother, grandmother and sister.

Surviving include her daughter and son-in-law, Julie J. (David) Chapman of Aiken; a sister, Rose Gravely of Ballard, W. VA; grandchildren, Jarod Jones, Samantha (Phil) Hall, Kenneth “K.D.” (Mercedes) Jones, Ethan Chapman, Evan Chapman & Emma Chapman.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Kenneth Jones; her second husband, Dennis Null; a son, James Jefferson "Jeff" Jones, a brother, Jim Mays; and 2 sisters, Helen Keeney and Audrey Webb.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening, November 21, 2023, from 6:00pm until 7:30pm at the Historic George Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 211 Park Ave SW, Aiken, SC 29801 (803) 649-6234.

On Saturday, November 25, 2023 the family will receive friends from 11:00am until 11:45AM in the Tyler Mountain Memorial Park Chapel, 5233 Rocky Fork Road, West Viriginia, 25313.

Funeral services will take place at 12:00pm on Saturday, November 25, 2023 in the Tyler Mountain Memorial Park Chapel with the Rev. Robert Legg officaiting. Interment will follow in the cemetery.
