Dolores E. Synak, 97, of Aiken, SC passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Friday, June 30, 2023. She was born on May 31, 1926 in Chicago, IL to the late Martin and Agnes [Mikoda] Zahorsky. On November 28, 1944, Dolores married Frank C. Synak in El Cerrito, CA and she began her journey as an Army wife.
Dolores was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Pulaski, IN as well as St. Mary Help of Christians Church in Aiken, SC. She was an avid quilter and talented seamstress. Dolores was a loving and devoted wife and mother. She was especially fond of her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. Dolores will be dearly missed by her family who loved her so much.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 12 Noon EDT Saturday, July 8, 2023 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Pulaski, IN.
Burial will take place at St. Joseph Cemetery South in Pulaski, IN.
Memorial Contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
