On behalf of the Board of Directors and staff of The Senior Citizens Council of Greater Augusta and the CSRA, Georgia, Inc. we send our sincere condolences to Ms. Gloria, their children, and grandchildren. Lowell was a part of our working family for many years and helped the agency by chairing the nominating committee for many of those 35+ years. He was truly appreciated and will be missed.
