Obituary of Michelle Ann Elter

Michelle Ann Elter, 66, a resident of Aiken, SC passed away Friday evening, October 21, 2022 at Aiken Regional Medical Center following an illness.

Born in Rochester, New York on July 5, 1956 she was the daughter of the late Françiose Elter and the late Lottie Switlik Bruenn. 

Michelle is survived by her spouse, Robert W. Woolman of the home, a step-daughter Maya Woolman of Aiken; a special cousin, Gregory Switlik, Jr of Ewing, NJ. In addition, Michelle leaves behind a large number of other loving relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at 7:00p.m. in the Historic George Funeral Chapel with the Rev. K. Scott Ayers officiating. Interment services will take place later in the Switlik family cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6-7:00p.m. on Thursday evening at the Historic George Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 211 Park Ave SW, Aiken, SC 29801 (803) 649.6234.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Aiken County Animal Shelter, 333 Wire Road, Aiken, SC 29801.
