Monetta----Allen Taylor, 49, died Tuesday May 13, 2003 in Douglasville, GA. Funeral services will be held 11AM Monday, May 19, 2003 at George Funeral Homes, Historic Downtown Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Powell officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday from 6-8PM at the funeral home or the residence of his brother Charles Taylor 180 Jaywood Rd., Williston, SC. Pallbearers will be Charlie Taylor, Travis Taylor, Daniel Chriswell, Jamey Hooper, Eric Whipple and Sam Thomas. Burial will be at Aiken Memorial Gardens. Allen was born in Aiken, to the late Ansel H. and Anna Taylor. He worked as a mechanic for Yancey Brothers, Augusta, GA and had attended River of Life Church. Survivors include his son Josh Taylor, daughter, Kaitlyn Taylor, both of Bartlett, TN; brothers, Steve Taylor, Aiken, and Charles Taylor, Williston.
