AIKEN, SC- SARA W. WARREN, 66, of Huckleberry Drive, passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at her residence after a courageous battle against cancer. Born December 14, 1948 in Elberton, GA, she was a daughter of the late David and Alice Davis White. Sara was of the Baptist faith and made Aiken her home for thirty years. Family and puppies were her passions and she stayed very busy with her children. She will be remembered as a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Survivors include her husband, George Warren, of the home; a daughter, Shere Ladd and her husband, Craig, of Aiken, SC; a son, Greg Warren, Augusta, GA; a grandson, Cameron Ladd, Aiken, SC; a brother, John White, Elberton, GA; a nephew, Wesley White, Elberton, GA; sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Campbell, of Aiken, SC; and Karen Adams and her husband, David, of Florida; and a brother-in-law, Fred Warren and his wife, Linda, Aiken, SC. In addition to her parents, Sara was preceded in death by a brother, Mike White. A private family service will be held.
