What a great guy Dave was and will always be. It was such a pleasure living next door to he and Deb at Bryce. Always ready with a smile, and if Dave even thought you needed his help, he would magically show up at your door. We, especially loved the end of the day where the success (or aggravation) of our toils could be celebrated with an ice-cold beverage...or two. Kim and I send our heartfelt wishes to Deb.
