So sorry about Allen. He was a true gentlemen and hard worker. Enjoyed working with him, always helpful, always kind. In all the occasions we spoke at the site he always talked about you and the boys and how proud he was of all they had accomplished. You all are in our prayers in the days ahead. Jane & Johnny Morris

Allen was a dear friend to me and taught me so much. I know that he is in a much better place without any pain now. I know that you know what I'm about to write, but I think its worth repeating. He was very proud of his family. Sylvia, he always said you were the smartest person he knew (and meant it). Phillip and Robert, he expressed such joy when he spoke of your accomplishments. You were a topic that always brought light to our days at work. We couldn't wait to hear what ya'll had done now. Mary, Allen loved going to your place for family barbeques and trying new recipes. I know that your faith in God will get you through this. Allen's faith was a shining example of how he dealt with this horrible disease, always positive and never bitter. His service to the Department of Energy and this Country was invaluable. He is truly going to be missed but I'm certain he'll be watching us from above. Please know that lots of people are here for you if you need us. I already miss him very much. Maxcine Maxted
