AIKEN, SC- ELEANOR FRANCES JENNINGS, 81, entered into rest Tuesday, December 30, 2014. Born June 28, 1933 in Chicago, IL, she was the only child born to the late William and Frances O'Reilly Raveret. Mrs. Jennings received her Master's Degree from Loyola University and spent her career as an educator teaching grades K-9. She married the late Howard J. Jennings on June 28, 1958. They resided in the Westchester, IL area from Feb. 1959 until December 1, 1992 when they moved to Aiken, SC to be with their three children. Mrs. Jennings was a communicant of St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church where she faithfully prayed for an hour every week at Saint Claire's Adoration Chapel. She will be remembered as a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by three, loving children, Kathryn Lynn Jennings Maddox, Jeffrey Mearl Jennings and Jeanne Marie Jennings Stewart and seven grandchildren A Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 10 AM Saturday, January 10, 2015 at St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church.
