Susan and Family, Today, Nick informed me of Bob's passing in 2021. Bob served as my inaugural mentor, imparting invaluable knowledge that continues to shape my daily endeavors. His teachings remain deeply ingrained in my professional practice. I am profoundly saddened by this loss. May his soul find peace, and may divine blessings grace his journey beyond. Hamid Meshkat

Susan and Family, Dexter and I are so sad to learn of Bob’s death. We love Bob and his bigger than life heart and personality, and his unforgettable baritone voice. We know of no one who did more for more people than Bob. He was the Force for getting Carriage Driving and CDEs in particular going in Ohio at Howe Meadow in Cuyahoga National Park and at Windy Knoll in Sullivan. His efforts brought so many others along. Our lives are blessed for having known him, and we will never forget him. Our heartfelt condolences to you and your family. Dexter and Carol Millhoan

Susan, I worked with Bob on three clients. over a 6 year period....one through AT Kearney and 2 through OnPoint. I wish I had had the opportunity to work with him for many more years...he was a mentor....but I also felt a partner with him in our shared projects. I felt we were a great team and was delighted that he had come in to my life to experience his knowledge, his support, his generosity, his spirit and drive, and his passion for carriage driving. I don't know if there is anything I can do for you but if you think of something don't hesitate to ask. My warmest thoughts, wishes, and prayers for you and Bob. Gerry Batsford.
