Obituary of Gaylord Charles Drexelius

Gaylord Charles Drexelius, age 74, entered into rest Saturday, June 5, 2021, at his residence.

Mr. Drexelius was born October 30, 1946 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Martin and Kalya Drexelius. His primary occupation was as an educator and later in sales. He was a communicant of St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church. He enjoyed friends, laughter, Las Vegas, and Colombo. He was a wonderful cook and had a keen sense of humor.

Survivors include his wife of fifty years, Regina Drexelius, and two sisters.

A Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fairfield Street, with The Very Reverend Father Gregory Wilson as celebrant.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the Aiken Regional Medical Center Auxiliary.
