Obituary of Roseanne Hubbard Cooper

AIKEN, SC – Roseanne Hubbard Cooper, age 88, passed away Thursday, June 3, 2021, at her home.

Mrs. Cooper was born October 21, 1932 San Francisco, California to the late Anne M. Hubbard and Clarence Hubbard. 

She had made Aiken, SC her home since 1953. She retired from Farmers and Merchants Bank. She was a faithful and active communicant of St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church. The church was her passion.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Cooper; a daughter, Carrolanne Proto; two sons, Jim and Robert Busbee; and sisters, Kathleen Fabian and Marion Demiceli.

Survivors include her son, Clarence Steve Busbee (Debbie R.), Aiken, SC; six grandchildren; multiple great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and a sister Patricia Sanchez.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, June 10, 2021 at 11:00AM in Calvary Cemetery.
