Our condolences to Joy and Yummie .
What an absolute honor it was to know your Mum . She was a lovely lady and oh how we enjoyed listening to her stories of ‘the old days’ when it seems she and your Dad rocked the night away every weekend. I loved how she could take time to help me when Trying to choose an outfit if I asked for advise, she had such good taste and fashion sense. I will miss our phone calls when we caught up and had a chat, but most of all we think we will remember her loving her cookies and she and I would sneak a few when Joy wasn't looking. it still makes me laugh to this day.
She was a remarkable lady who led a remarkable life . One who was truly loved by all who knew her.
Sleep well dear lady until we meet again.
Ou heartfelt love to you both at this very sad time.
Lynda and Gareth xxxxxx

So very sorry for your loss Joy and Yummy. I first met Carole with my good friend Joy, when she lived in Boca with Ned and her little doggie. That was many years ago! I saw her over the years when Joy would visit South Florida. She was so much fun, full of energy and quite the glamour girl! I only wish I had been around for the famous manicotti! I’m sure she’s serving it up in heaven for Ned, Brian and Karen! With Love and Sympathy, Janice

I had the opportunity to spend some time with Carole and she was so kind, funny with a warm smile on her face. I will always remember her for that. And i hope that she is in peace in heaven and smiling down on her loving daughters.

My heart goes out to you for the loss of your mom. Carole was such a special lady. She was a great cook. One of her specialties was manicotti and it was the best I had ever had. I enjoyed spending time with her. She was my dear friend and I will truly miss her. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family.

Joy and yummy, I was so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. Your mom was very good to us during college and after. I'll never forget how she furnished our apartment at USF. Then there were the delicious dinners in Boca that she cooked for us. I am glad I had the privilege of seeing her this past Christmas. Love you both and my deepest condolences. Rest In Peace Carole!

Joy & Yummie, Sharing in your sorrow over the loss of your mom & my Florida mom! I remember thinking how young & cool she was, when visiting your Fairfield home those summers during college. I’ll never forget how she and your dad took us under their wings, sharing Sunday Italian dinners in Boca, helping us furnish our apartments & including us at Thanksgiving meals when we couldn’t fly home. She was truly my 2nd mom & I will always remember her warmth & kindness, making me feel like another daughter. Sending love & condolences to you both. Barbara Cervino

Carol’s daughter Joy was one of my best friends and I was always at their house growing up. Carol always made me feel so welcome. She was the coolest of moms that I always looked up to. The definition of warmth and class. My thoughts and prayers to Joy and her family. Donna Paolini
