A memorial service for Ms. Tammy Ann Schibik was held Thursday, February 5, 2004 at 2 PM at George Funeral Homes, Southside Chapel, 3175 Whiskey Rd., Aiken, SC. Rev. Dr. James Rivers officiated. Interment was private. Tammy, 30, of Aiken, SC, died Thursday, night, January 29, 2004. Born in Ft. Gordon, GA, she had been a lifelong resident of Aiken, SC, where she was a member of Millbrook Baptist Church. Her father, Frank and his wife Barbara Schibik, mother, Jane E. Schibik, daughter, Cassey A. Schibik, son, Dylan Joseph Schibik Davis, brothers, Jason Lynn Wilson Schibik, and Timothy Schibik, great-grandfather, O.W. Higgenbottom, niece, Ash? lee Wilson Schibik, and nephew, Christopher Wilson, survive. The family has asked that memorials in memory of Tammy be made to the Medical College of Georgia Children?s Medical Center.
