Obituary of Elda Valerie San Marco

Elda Valerie San Marco, age 93, passed away on April 15, 2020, in Aiken, South Carolina. Elda was born in North White Plains, New York to Umberto Galli and Lucia Ubaldi Galli.

Elda was preceded in death by her loving husband of 47 years, Vincent James San Marco. They shared an enjoyment of gardening, bowling and cooking good Italian food. She enjoyed taking long daily walks, loved classic country music, and always looked  forward to attending her favorite singers’ concerts as well as traveling with family and friends.

Predeceased by her brother, Corrado Stocketti, she is survived by her sisters: Clarice Romano and Beneria Picinelli, her daughters: Renee San Marco, Joy Parolini, Cindy Ramsell, her son, Vincent J. San Marco, grandchildren: Kristina Sarris and Nicolas San Marco and her caring friend Stacey Marchak.

In honor of her memory donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation or your local SPCA.
