My sincere sympathy to Ursula and the family. I met Homer in 1991 as a Procurement Tech with the USDA Forest Service on the Savannah River Site. Homer taught me Government contracting and made sure I had the opportunity to attend training sessions. Homer was an ethical hard working Contracting Officer. I was privileged to work with him.
