I fished with Thawny before he went ashore and became a successful businessman. We were young Kittery Kids. Grew up in down town Kittery. Great guy , great mentor. And for those of you in S C : T G stands for Tough Guy. Great Memories. Johnny Raymond

Sorry to hear of TG's death. I bought Ben, one of my great foxhunting horses, from TG in 2006. TG always asked about the horse whenever I saw him. I have always remembered the people who sold me good horses. Ben is retired, but still alive. I know he would be saddened by TG's death if he could know. But maybe he does know. Animals surprise us all the time. Godspeed.
Mel Haas.
