I knew Lisa when she was a little girl and played with my sister on Colonial Drive. I babysat her and her sister, Beth, a long time ago. I certainly was surprised to hear of Lisa's passing. I liked hearing a little about her life, that she was a teacher and had her own children. I am sure you have good memories to comfort you.

She was a caring person. She taught our daughter Natalie. My little girl would come home from school and tell us how wonderful her teacher was and how she made her feel loved. Our whole family is heartbroken . May her legacy for the love of our precious children live on thru them. Lisa you will be missed.

Lisa was an absolutely fantastic pre-school teacher. Her love of children was infectious and she always made time for their needs, whether it involved schoolwork, a tissue, or a skinned knee. I am going to miss her.

I never had the pleasure of being in Mrs. Cornwall’s class but as a proud former Lever Beaver(that was the school mascot when I attended) we all knew Mrs. Cornwall and loved and respected her and her dedication to students. I hope that the family will be comforted to know that she will continue to live not only through them but through all her students, for many years to come. May God bless and comfort you all while you grieve with the knowledge that though she has left this world, she has eternal life through Him.

I worked with Lisa for many years. I saw firsthand her devotion to her boys and her students. Every time I entered her classroom she was reading a story with a child on her lap.
I will remember her contagious laugh and her love of pink, pocketbooks, and The Gamecocks!
RIP sweet Lisa

Lisa,
My favorite cousin sharing my earliest memories of our family- laughter, many holidays, vacations, shocking moments ( the ape lady at The Aiken Fair), and some tears. We have had a close bond I’ve held dear from the most cherished times of my life... it’s like a chunk of myself has carved away. I still cherish these memories- the times we would cry at MeMa’s because we wanted to spend the night and have a little more time together- and then the joy of being able to! Love you Lisa !!!!
