Obituary of Connie Fretts Bodie

Connie Fretts Bodie, 85, widow of David F. Bodie, passed away December 7, 2018 surrounded by her family.

Born February 23, 1933, she is the daughter of the late Glenn Fretts and Violet Shaw Fretts.

A resident of Aiken since 1978, she was a long-time member of Couchton Baptist Church and also attended Cedar Creek Church.  She enjoyed her career with the Aiken County Library System, working as an accountant.  In her spare time, she volunteered with Mended Hearts, Aiken Chapter.  She was a very active member, spending her time with Cardiac patients in nearby hospitals.

She was preceded in death her parents, her husband, her son, Edward C. Reagan and her brothers, James Raymond Fretts and Glenn Fretts.

She will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Robert Fretts, Ronald Reagan, and James (Liz) Bodie; her brothers, Ron (Patricia) Fretts, and William Fretts; her seven greandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1PM, Monday, December 10, 2018 at Couchton Baptist Church, 3171 Wagener Rd, Aiken, SC 29801.
