We were so sorry to read about the death of Ward. We are hoping that his last days were not painful and that he was able to pass peacefully. Our love and prayers are with you and your family Maree. Hopefully you will be comforted at the loss of this fine man.

Hereward would come into my office, talk about banking, travels, Albuquerque and many other things. When he was still driving, he and Maree would join us for dinner. Although we lost touch for short periods of time, the friendship was resumed easily. He was a fine man!
