Lois K. Hall entered into her Heavenly Home on Friday, April 14, 2017 at the age of 83.
Lois was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Stephen Kirton and mother, Hessie L. Ethridge Kirton, brothers, T.J. Kirton and Charlie Eugene Kirton, a sister Margaret Kirton and her husband and father of her five children, D.J. Nance.
She is survived by two brothers, Joseph R. Kirton (Pam) of Pelion, SC, James M. Kirton (Jennie) of Elgin and two sisters, Melda Morris and Katie Wheeler, both of Georgetown, SC
Also surviving are her children, Donnie J. Nance (Mary) of Andrews, SC, Bertie Parrish (Charles) of Aiken, Debra Day of Windsor, SC, Ronnie E. Nance (Susan) of Mulberry, Florida, Cheryl Burgey (Don) of Mt. Pleasant. They gave her twelve grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
Lois was born in Williamsburg County, SC and moved to Aiken in 1990. She received her High School Diploma in 1982 and went on to become a Nurse's Assistant and First Responder. She retired in 1996 from Aiken County Council on Aging and Lowes (part time).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Mt. Beulah Baptist Church, 856 Mount Beulah Road, Windsor, SC, 29856, St. Jude's Children Hospital, www.stjude.org/donate or Pruitt Health Hospice, 1626 Jeurgens Court, Norcross, Georgia, 30093, in her honor.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 3:00 pm Sunday, April 16, 2017 at Mt. Beulah Baptist Church, 856 Mount Beulah Road, Windsor, SC, 29856 under the care of GEORGE FUNERAL HOME. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
