Funeral services for Mrs. Dorothy "Dot" Wright Manley will be held Saturday, November 11, 2006 at 12PM at Redds Branch Baptist Church with Rev. Jay Glasgow officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be David Cushman, Ronald Hijduk, Sr., Ronald Hijduk, Jr., Johnnie Kissiah, Robby Kissiah, Mel Schultz. Visitation will be held at the church from 10AM until the time of service. Memorial contributions may be directed to Redds Branch Baptist Church, 390 Redds Branch Rd, Aiken, SC, 29801. George Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 211, Park Avenue, SW, Aiken is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Manley, 85, of Aiken, died Wednesday, November 8, 2006 at Mattie C. Hall Health Care Center. Mrs. Manley was born in Aiken to the late Arthur Marion and Dora Mae Fulmer Scott, I. She moved to Aiken in 1987 from Hull, GA. Dorothy loved to garden, fish, and her flowers. Mrs. Manley was a member of Redds Branch Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Manley was predeceased by her husband Harrison Manley, and daughter Shirley Mae Widener, brother, Arthur Marion Scott, II, Florence Scott, and Ethel Mae Scott. Mrs. Manley is survived by her granddaughters, Karen Schultz, Sharon Sheppard, both of Aiken, Linda Moore, Williston, grandson, Manning Widener, Augusta, great grandchildren, Christine Widener, Teresa Johnson, Michelle Roberts, Ronald Hijduk, Jr., Angela Cushman, Rachael Schultz, Toni Kissiah, Joni Widener, Larry Sheppard, and eleven great - great grandchildren. The family would also like to recognize Dot Hickman and Ronald Hijduk, Sr.
