AIKEN, SC- DeArbra Tisdale Weaver, age 67, passed away, Tuesday, November 3, 2015. DeArbra was born May 26, 1948 in Orangeburg, SC to the late Frank and Margaret Adeline Tisdale. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Winthrop University and her Master's degree from SC State. DeArbra made Aiken, SC her home since 1989 and spent 30 years with the Aiken County Public School System, retiring as Assistant Principal of Aiken Middle School. DeArbra was devoted to her family, loved her children and grandchildren dearly, and animals, especially cats. She loved traveling with her family to the beach and mountains. In addition to her parents, DeArbra was preceded in death by her husband, Jeffrey Parker Weaver; and a sister, Carol Carew. Survivors include two daughters, Margaret Kathleen Weaver (Jack Stanford), Graniteville, SC and DeArbra Michelle Seigler (Wesley), Apex, NC; three grandchildren, Trevor Parker Seigler, Victoria Elise Seigler, Sophie Grace Seigler; and a sister, Margaret Stover, Atlanta, GA. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, November 7 at Memorial Park Cemetery, 2720 Broughton St., Orangeburg, SC 29118, with the Rev. Henry Chennault officiating. Visitation will be held this Friday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at George Funeral Home.
