Funeral services for Mr. Don Warren Graham will be held on Friday, April 28, 2006 at 4pm at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 358 Pine Log Rd. Aiken. Interment will follow. Visitation will be Thursday, 6-8pm at George Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 211 Park Ave. SW Aiken, SC. Mr. Graham, 53, of Aiken died suddenly on Sunday, April 23, 2006 at the VA Medical Center, Augusta. A son of the late Franklin Wayne and Estella LaVal Clayton Graham, he was born in El Paso TX. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving as a Missionary in Guatemala and El Salvador from 1972-1974. He was a graduate of Brigham Young University and served in the United States Army from 1978 ? 1989, retiring with the rank of Captain. He moved to Aiken in August of 1989 and was employed as an Instructional Technologist for the Washington Group, Savannah River Site. He also served his Church as Bishop of the Aiken Ward and served in the Columbia Temple. Mr. Graham was active in the South Aiken Band Boosters and was known for his love of music, performing as a choir member and soloist. He was dedicated to his family, a loyal faithful friend. He loved the youth, working with them through scouting, seminary, and church callings. He is survived by his wife of almost thirty years; Denece Hedquist Graham, Aiken, two sons; Dwayne Jennifer Graham, Albuquerque, NM, and J. Clark Graham, Aiken; three daughters; Jessica Joe Edwards, W. Jordan, UT, Vanessa Graham, Aiken and Jennifer Graham, attending Brigham Young University. Don is also survived by three brothers; Gary Graham, Las Vegas, NV, Leon Graham, Elk Ridge, UT and Bruce Graham, Ogden, UT. He is also survived by four grandchildren; Clayton and Bryce Graham and Landon and Parker Edwards.
