A Funeral Mass for Mr. Charles Preston Fulmer will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at 1:30pm at St. Mary Help of Christian Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be, Tim Morris, Clay Fulmer, Jason Tufts, Ken Jarvi, Ricky Willis, and Mickey Morris. The family will receive friends tonight from 6-8pm at George Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 211 Park Ave, SW, Aiken. Mr. Fulmer, 77, of Aiken, died Saturday, May 17, 2008 at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. Born in Augusta, GA, He was the son of the late Charlie and Cornelia Hatcher Fulmer. He was a lifelong resident of Aiken. He retired after forty two years of service as a shift supervisor in the Power Department from DuPont - Westinghouse Savannah River Site. He was a communicant of St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church. He served his country in the Navy during the Korean Conflict. He is survived by his wife of fifty five years, Dolores Esposito Fulmer, sons, Anthony Fulmer, Jeffrey Fulmer, both of Aiken; daughter, Roxanne Willis and her husband Bargeron, Aiken; brother, Eugene Fulmer, sisters, Eunice Morris, Frances Bryant, grandchildren, Benjamin Willis, Tonya Jamie Whittle, Blake Willis, Simone Fulmer, Claire Sean Wills, Josh Edgar, great grandson, Jacob Whittle, and many nieces and nephews.
