Memorial services for Mrs. Audrey Carol Blosser will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, January 20, 2007 at George Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 211 Park Avenue, SW, Aiken With Dr. George Howle officiating. The family will receive friends after the service at Woodside Country Club. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Aiken SPCA Society of Prevention & Cruelty to Animals, 401 Wire Road, Aiken, SC, 29803. Mrs. Blosser, 71, of Aiken, died Friday, January 12, 2007 at University Hospital, Augusta due to pulmonary embolism following elective surgery. Mrs. Blosser was born in Cincinnati, OH to the late Carl and Thelma Bradbury Wolff. Mrs. Blosser lived in various communities in northern Ohio before moving to Aiken in 1997. Audrey was an active member of the Woodside Gourmet Club, Woodside Stitch and Chat Club, Woodside Niners, and numerous bridge clubs. She also volunteered at the Aiken SPCA, enjoyed traveling, playing golf and cross stitching. Mrs. Blosser is survived by her husband of forty eight years, Denver Blosser, daughter, Elizabeth Brian McCormick, Massillon, OH, son, Burt Deborah Blosser, Powell, OH, brother, Darrell Wolff, Cincinnati, OH, grandchildren, Samantha Haft, Stephanie Haft, Alexis Blosser, Andrew Blosser, Matthew McCormick, Jennifer McCormick, and Sarah McCormick.
