Dear Marion, Carolyn and Steven;
Please accept my condolences on the passing of "Uncle George". If you don't remember me, I am Carmen Tillie's sister and Jack Besserer's daughter. I always enjoyed seeing your family and fondly remember when you lived in Highland Park, Illinois. I will mourn George's passing and pray that you all have the most wonderful memories to hold on to. You will all be in my prayers.

My condolences to George Naifeh, he was a friend of the Salah family, my father Muhammad Salah worked with him in Beida, Libya, at the American Embassy, Cultural Affairs.
I got to know Mr. Naifeh as child, at that time I was in my early teens, he was a good man, he spoke Arabic and liked cooking. He taught his wife some Arabic.
I am sad to hear of his passing away, may he rest in peace, as he was a man for peace
