Aiken, SC-Funeral services for Mrs. Dena Bogo Striesfeld will be held Thursday, May 1, 2003 at 2:30 PM from the graveside in the Sons of Israel Cemetery, Aiken, SC, with Rabbi Zalman Fischer officiating. Mrs. Striesfeld, 85, of Aiken, SC, wife of the late Hyman Striesfeld, died Wednesday, morning, April 30, 2003 at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. Born in Augusta, GA and a resident of Aiken, SC, since 1943, she was a daughter of the late Lewis and Dora Geltman Bogo. She was a homemaker, a member of Adash Yeshurun Synagogue and a life member of Hadassah. Sons, Mark Allen Striesfeld, Aiken, SC, and Neil Elliott Striesfeld, Marietta, GA; daughter, Pamula Striesfeld Brown, Aiken, SC; brothers, Max and Jake Bogo, both of Augusta, GA; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, survive. At the request of the family, please make memorials in memory of Mrs. Striesfeld to the American Heart Association, 1003 Hammond Rd., Aiken, SC.
