We are so sadden to hear of Frankie's passing. She was like an aunt to me growing up, spending alot of time with Patricia as very close friends and going to school with Michael. Her wonderful sense of humor and laughter will be greatly missed.Have comfort knowing that she will be with George again. Patricia and Mike Arthurs
