AIKEN, SC- Thomas William "Bill" Teasdale, age 71, passed away Saturday, May 2, 2015. Born June 9, 1943 in Wheeling, West Virginia, he was a son of the late Thomas H. and Ina Powell Teasdale. Mr. Teasdale proudly served his country in the US Air Force and retired after thirty plus years with Wheeling Pittsburg Steel. He enjoyed camping, fishing, and going out to eat. Survivors include his wife of fifty years, Linda Richardson Teasdale; a daughter, Veronica Teasdale, Aiken, SC; two sons and daughters- in- law, John and Connie Teasdale, Aiken, SC and Thomas H. and Felicia Teasdale, Scottown, OH; nine grandchildren, Jessica Imer, Aiken, SC, Nikkole Imer, Aiken, SC, Kellie Teter, New Philadelphia, OH, Amanda Teasdale, Aiken, SC, Taylor Teasdale, Bellaire, OH, Brittany Teasdale, Aiken, SC, Jaylyn Teasdale, Leah Teasdale, and Thomas H. Teasdale, Jr., all of Scottown, OH; five great-grandchildren, Rory, Dominick, Noah, Brody, and Lennox; and a sister, Barbara Norby, N. Hollywood, CA. A memorial service will be held at 11 AM Thursday, May 7, 2015 at Southwind Church. Pastor Darrell Morgan officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
