Mrs. Irene Jones Still, 85, wife of the late Rev. Charles H. Still, entered into eternal rest on Friday, June 10, 2011 at UPAC-Aiken. A celebration of her life will take place on Monday, June 13, 2011 at 3pm at Redd's Branch Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Charles Baxley, Rae Patrick, Gene Baxley, William Whaley, Tommie Blackwell and Tom Tyler. Honorary pallbearers will be the Deacons and Choir of Crestview Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 1:30 until the time of serrvice. GEORGE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTER is assisting the family. Born Nov. 26, 1925 in Barnwell County, she was a daughter of the late Charlie D. & Emma H. Jones. She was a very dedicated and loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be greatly missed by her family. She served in the ministry with her late husband at Mt. Beulah Baptist Church, Windsor, Redds Branch Baptist Church, Aiken, St. Andrews First Baptist Church, Charleston, SC, Tillman Baptist Church, Tillman, SC and Kedron Baptist Church, Aiken, SC. She also held leadership positions with the WMU in the Edisto Baptist Association. She is survived by her son, Charles Grayson Brenda Still, Aiken; Grandchildren, Chuck Tracy Still Jr., Hendersonville, NC, Lisa Medley, Summerville, SC, Stuart Brittany Still, and Daniel Still. She is also survived by nine, great grandchildren and extended family, Glenn and Norma Redd.
