My grandfather was an extraordinary man. He was full of curiosity, generosity and above all things, love. My grandfather knew almost everything, and if he didn't, he would find it out. He never lost a thirst for knowledge or his desire to discover. He was an engineer with an engineer's brain and solving problems was his joy.
My grandfather was also a man of immense love and compassion. He genuinely cared for other people, especially his family. He spent his life caring for others and doing it with humility and love. I have never known someone with a kinder heart or a more sincere desire to help. I am in awe of his life's accomplishments, his work to improve his community, or his unabashed love.
I will truly miss him, more so than I ever knew. He has been a constant source of inspiration to me and a guide to living a whole life. It is a great loss for this world and a monumental gain for the hereafter. As much as it saddens me to have lost him, I am grateful and proud to have been able to spend my life with one God's greatest men.
