We are so sad to lose a good friend of so many years. Our daughter and George were good friends and loved to talk about their time in the military. She made a special trip from her home in Florida to attend his service, which was lovely. We also miss Phyliss, we played golf and socialized with them for years. We are also from Connecticut but didn't know each other until we moved here to S.C., living in the same neighborhood. God Bless them both and maybe we'll meet again up there, somewhere.
