Mr. Henry Struthers, 86, of Aiken died Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at his residence. Graveside funeral services will be Tuesday, December 28th, 2pm at Aiken Memorial Gardens with Rev. Bill Howard officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity one's choice. Born in Wakefield, RI, he was the son of the late James Struthers and Emma Worden Struthers. Henry served in the US Navy during World War II. Before moving to Aiken in 1981, he lived in Huntington, VT where he worked as a rural letter carrier for the US Postal Service. He and his wife attended Millbrook Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two sisters; Bessie Phelps and Agnes Khym. He is survived by his wife of forty four years, Shirley Ross Struthers, Aiken and several nieces and nephews.
