Cap Paris Jones Graveside services for Cap Paris Jones, 87, who died Sunday, April 7, 2002, at his residence, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 9, at Aiken Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Ken Nelson officiating. Mr. Jones was a native of Maben, W.Va., and had lived in Aiken since 1952. He was a member of St. John's United Methodist Church and Houndslake Country Club. He was an avid golfer and a Mason. He was a retired supervisor for the DuPont Corporation where he worked for over 40 years. Survivors include his wife, Mildred Fisher Jones of Aiken; two daughters, Deborah Jones Buchert of Indialantic, Fla., and Barbara Jones Muckenfuss of Greensboro, N.C.; a brother, Dempsey Jones of Charleston, W.Va.; a sister, Leona Parsons of Charleston, W.Va.; and three grandchildren, Lisa Hairr, Jim Muckenfuss and Michael Dunbar. Memorial donations may be made to Hitchcock Hospice, 690 Medical Park Drive, Aiken, S.C. 29801.
