Mrs. Rosalyn Lucille Rosenthal Ferguson, 83, died Saturday, August 9th, at her home. Memorial services will be held Wednesday, August 13th, at 3:00 pm in the George Funeral Home, historic downtown chapel with the Rev. George Garland officiating. Memorials may be made to The Jewish Foundation. Mrs. Ferguson was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and moved to Aiken from Los Angeles, California having lived in Aiken for the past 25 years. She was a member of the Checkerboard Squares Dance Club of Aiken. Mrs. Ferguson was the daughter of the late Max and Anna Altschuler Rosenthal. She was also preceded in death by a sister Jeanette Kargaard. Mrs. Ferguson is survived by her husband Gilbert Ferguson of Aiken, two sisters Hannah Cummings of Margate, Florida and Lois Bailey of Augusta, Georgia, several nieces and nephews.
