I thank all of you who attended the services and who are there for the family. He was a father to me and Jessica when we didn't have one. He always laughed and joked about everything. He will always be in my heart. I love each and every one of you.
Dad,I seen your face in the sunrise and I wanted to say goodbye so your journey home would be sure & swift. But the words just wouldn't pass my lips. As I stood there in God's morning light I told you all the things unspoken in my heart & the years faded. I was a little girl again looking at her Daddy as if he'd hung the moon. I cried tears of a child's loss that burned a path of pain to my heart. My soul was torn by the sorrow of a Father lost. I love you Dad! Till I see you again...

We all give thanks to each other who came together as a family with love, and it really showed. God blesses all of us in our time of need and grief. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I pray that the Lord will give each one of you strength through this most difficult time.
I remember Danny when my late husband, Rev. W.T. Stone, was pastor at Apostolic Lighthouse. After his death, I moved back to NC.
