Sharing a bedroom until she married Tommy. Friday and Saturday nights at the North Augusta Skating Rink. Lazy summer days at Panic Pond, Willow Springs, Lickfork Lake, and the family pond at Bettis Academy. Picnics, swimming, fireworks, Exchange Club Fair, Tybee Island, working at Georgia Theatre Co., Day trips to the mountains, a trip to Miami. Driving a stick shift for the first time (her 64 plymouth Station wagon), birthday parties, Thanksgivings, Christmases, teenage giggles, boys, secrets......all in a simpler time....very "Mayberry-ish". All great memories of the best sister one could ask for. I still have, and wear the t shirt she gave me that said, " Best Friends Come and Go, But Sisters are Forever". May she rest in peace
